In addition, the surroundings of Turre are home to the remains of Arab and Roman settlements, which bear witness to its rich cultural heritage.

The town celebrates various fiestas throughout the year, such as the Feria de San Francisco in October and the patron saint fiestas in honour of San Ramón Nonato in August. These celebrations fill the streets with music, dance and colour, offering an authentic experience of local life.
